Buckman Wenger <br />December 15, 1994 <br />Page two <br />• <br />Fee payment, in the amount of two dollars and forty cents per dry ton for sludge applied to the site is required per the <br />Colorado regulations pertaining to Beneficial Use of Water Treatment Sludge and Fees Aaalicable to the Beneficial Use <br />of Sludges (5CCR 1003-7, 15.B.1). <br />The generation of nuisance odors as a result of sludge application is subject to the provisions of Regulation Two of the <br />Air Pollution Control Commission (5CCR 1001-4, 1973).
