The plan is well though out and comprehensive. <br /> The following comments are really more a matter of clarification than any <br /> major modifications. <br /> 1 . The Division recommended yarrow be added to the Climax seed mixture <br /> during review of the 1988 amendment. Will yarrow be added to the <br /> Climax seed mix? If so, one pound per acre is recommended. <br /> 2. The plan calls for measuring productivity of the grass/legume <br /> plots. I assume that this will be done by clipping the annual <br /> growth. When will the clipping be done? Also, what size plots <br /> will be clipped and how many plots will be clipped per year? It <br /> has been my experience that repeated clipping at the same location <br /> for several years may reduce the production measurements.
