Reclamation concerns raised during the review process
were potential plant phy ,to-toxicity, appropriate sludge application rates ,
adequate scarification of sludge and soil , and deep percolation of sludge
liquid. I encourage you to discuss these concerns in the annual report as
test data becomes available. We hope the sludge application program will
prove successful and appreciate the efforts of Climax Molybdenum Company to
enhance reclamation at the tailings disposal facility.
Sincerely,
Thomas A.
