The problems should be corrected by the dates given, or they will become possible <br />violations. The inspector noted on the previous page should be notified of all <br />corrective actions taken. <br />PROBLEMS/POSSIBLE VIOLATIONS <br />AND <br />CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br />CORRECTION <br />DATE <br />1 During the inspection it was discovered that there was no sign posted at the entrance to 12 / 30/08 <br />the site This is a problem related to Section 3.1.12(1) of the Construction Materials Rules <br />and Regulations for failure post a sign which is clearly visible from the access road with the <br />name of the Operator, a statement that a reclamation permit for the operation has been <br />issued by the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board; and the permit number. . <br />PB or PV: PR <br />TOPIC(S): -ShL <br />Corrective Action: Place the appropriate sign at the access point to the site within thirty (30) <br />days of receipt of this inspection report and send photos to DMG for verification.
