A program called QuickView will be copied to the CD and must be installed on your computer in order to use a DRMS imaging CD <br />the feat time. Future use of this or other imaging CD's does not require a new instillation of the software. <br />2. The CD or DVD that you purchase =0 be in the . A DVD drive will read a CD or DVD. <br />3. The CD will contain files with the tif extension. There needs to be an image viewing application for.tif filar on your computer that <br />will handle single and muld-psge documents. On a Windows XP computer, the default viewing programs are called "Windows Picture <br />and Fax Viewer" or "Paint" and they do not with QuickView. The Imaging Viewer that comes with pre-Windows" computers <br />does work. DRMS has determined that a program called "IrfinView", which can be downloaded from IrfanView.com, does work with <br />QuickView. Attar downloading "IrfanView",'it needs to be confkured as your deflault .tif viewer. DBMS does not support or endorse <br />this software and the licensing and registration are the user's responsibility. There are many other programs that work as well, such as <br />"Imaging Preview" and "Imaging for Windows". <br />1. Insert the CD into your computer. <br />2. Allow time for the CD to instill. <br />3. ` Eject the CD 8om the computer. <br />4. Reinsert the CD into the computer. <br />5. You are ready to view the Permit Files. <br />NOTE: A program called QmckView Autorun, which runs the QuickView, <br />setup program, has also been copied to this CD. If the Autorun program <br />does NOT work, you will need to mama,ny install the Quickvww program <br />Instructions for mmually instilling QuickView are available upon request <br />with the CD or can be viewed at www.minine.state.co.us. <br />The ]Permit File document Images eau be viewed In the roaptioo area of the DRMS offte or they cam be purchased on a CD or DVD. <br />The CD/DVD purchase cost coven the time and labor of making the CD.
