Cattany <br />Division Director <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />This letter is to notify you, as required by Rule 3.03.2(5)(b) of the Rules and Regulations of the <br />Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board for Coal Mining (Rules), that the Division of Reclamation, <br />Mining and Safety's decision to approve Bond Release Application No. 6 for the Golden Eagle Mine <br />became final on October 6, 2008. Concurrence from the Office of Surface Mining and the Bureau of <br />Land Management was received by the Division on November 17, 2008.
