Irrigation Channels/Ditches/Pipelines <br />GP Ranches, LLC. believes that the mining operation, as proposed, will not adversely affect any <br />of the permanent, man-made structures located within 200 ft of the affected area. However, the <br />applicant still anticipates providing evidence of agreements for compensation with the <br />appropriate structure owners or an engineering evaluation (see attached slope stability report) <br />that adequately demonstrates that the proposed mining and reclamation operations will not <br />result in damage to the structures. <br />There are no oil/gas wells or processing equipment located on the site or within 200 feet of the <br />mining limits. GP Ranches, LLC. owns the controlling interest in all oil/gas rights on the property <br />(See attached Mineral Memorandum of Ownership), therefore no surface use agreement(s) are <br />required that address access, oil/gas exploration, or oil/gas extraction activities. <br />q- JaT Consulting, Inc.
