Cattany <br />Division Director <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />The Division received your partial acreage release request (AR-03) for the Buffalo Clay Mine, Permit <br />No. M-1978-011 on November 21, 2007. <br />The Division is required to conduct an inspection prior to approving or denying such a request, however, <br />due to the current inclement weather conditions (snow cover) the inspection is being postponed and the <br />decision date for this action will be extended until April 30, 2008. The Division will monitor the weather <br />and contact the operator as soon as possible but by no later than March 31, 2008 to determine a suitable <br />date and time to inspect the Buffalo Clay Mine. <br />If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me at 303-866-4926. <br />5\.
