To avoid collisions with game, MCC is encouraged to BMP <br /> consider shift changes outside of dawn/dusk. <br />Raptors (including 85. Appropriate populations or habitats will be surveyed on a Federal Coal <br />Endangered and site-specific basis prior to any ground disturbing activities Lease <br />Sensitive Plant and appropriate avoidance and buffering or other Stipulation <br />Species restrictions will be applied if threatened or endangered <br /> plant species are present.
