The Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety, in accordance with Title 34, Article 33, of the Colorado
Revised Statutes, hereby issues notice that on September 18, 2008, a minor revision application (MR-35)
to the Munger Canyon Mine, Permit No. C-1981-020, operated by CAM Mining, LLC, P.O. Box 2827,
Pikeville, KY 41502 was considered complete for the purposes of filing. With this minor revision CAM
Mining, LLC proposes to update the adjacent landowners at the Loma loadout. All reviews and comment
periods as provided in the Act and Regulations promulgated thereunder initiate from this date of filing.
