This inspection was conducted as part of the Division of Reclamation, Mining, and Safety's 4-year <br />monitoring program. Present at the inspection was Kate Pickford, DRMS. Weather at the time of the <br />inspection was cloudy, windy, and approximately 45 degrees. <br />2. The site is accessed off of the west side of CR 1 10.approximately 4 miles east of 1-25 exit 64. No sign is <br />posted at the entrance (see page 3). Disturbance at the site consists of an excavation into the side of a <br />slope. Topsoil is stockpiled above the excavation but does not contain adequate vegetation (see <br />page 3). Two above ground storage tanks are present at the site. These tanks do not have any <br />secondary containment (see page 4) <br />3. A separate bond calculation will be conducted to determine whether the current bond amount of <br />$15,000.00 is adequate for the remainder of reclamation at the site.
