Map R-3 shows the cross <br />sections of the Phase 1 release areas in relation to the original topography. Map R-4 <br />shows transect locations used for the vegetation studies. <br />Dates Reclamation Work Performed: WFC began mining at New Horizon #2 in 1993. <br />Map R-1 shows the years that each Phase 1 area achieved bond release or was <br />reclaimed. <br />Description of Bond Release Amount: A bond reduction is to be calculated by the <br />DRMS based on backfilling, grading, and topsoiling of Phase 1 areas and revegetation <br />success in Phase 2 areas. The enclosed Maps R-1 and R-2 describe each of the <br />reclaimed area acreages. <br />10
