OBSERVATIONS
This was a normal monitoring inspection of the Milliken Resource site; DRMS file number M-2000-087. This
site is located about two miles east of the town of Milliken, Colorado in Weld County. I, Jared Ebert of the
Colorado Division of Reclamation Mining and Safety conducted the inspection. Mrs. Connie Davis of
Aggregate Industries accompanied me on the inspection.
The site is currently permitted for 492.80 acres. At this time, there has been no activity at the site.
