The submittal of this data satisfies the requirements for Technical
Revision-02. Upon review of the groundwater monitoring data, the Division concludes
that the perimeter drain is functioning properly. As such, the Division will no longer
require the monitoring of the perimeter drain. No additional data is needed and the
monitoring wells may be removed from the site.
If you have any questions, please call me at (303) 866-3567 x8116.
Sincerely, Michael A. unningham
Environmental Protection Specialist
cc: Tony Waldron, DRMS
Office of Office of
Mined Land Reclamation Denver • Grand Junction • Durango Active and Inactive Mines
