Nov-10-200e 10:30AM FROM- 303eeeme T-499 P.004/004 F-175 <br />b <br />technical revision standards) that CC&V may submit in the future to implement a <br />reclamation plan of sloping, soiling, and revegetating that portion of the North Cresson <br />highwall visible to the City of Cripple Creek. <br />The conditions of the Amendment No. 9 application approved by the Division are <br />hereby incorporated into Permit No. M-1980-244. In addition, all modifications or <br />additions to the Amendment No. 9 application through the Division's adequacy letter, <br />CC&'V's adequacy response, and the Division's Rational for Recommendation for <br />Approval are hereby incorporated into the amendment No. 9 by reference and become <br />part of the permit. All other conditions and requirements of Permit No. M-1980-244 <br />remain in full force and effect.
