Cattany <br />Division Director <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />Re: Whirlwind Mine, M-2007-044, Receip f Third Quarter Water Quality Report and <br />Request for As-built of Monitor Well. <br />Dear Mr. Rogers, <br />The Division of Reclamation Mining and Safety has received the Third Quarter Water <br />Quality Report for the Whirlwind Mine. Staff has been monitoring the reports and thanks <br />Energy Fuels for the prompt reports. <br />In the report it is noted that the monitor well (MW-W1) was completed on October 12, <br />2008. The Division is requesting an as-built report on the construction of the well for the <br />Designated Mining Operation permit file. The report should comply with Rule 7.3.2(2). <br />This will ensure that should any questions arise concerning data gathered DRMS has the <br />information readily available.
