Long <br />Division Director <br />? v <br />RE: Acreage Reduction Approval, Revision No. AR-01, Permit No. M-1977-493 <br />Dear Mr. Romig: <br />On May 29, 2001, the Division of Minerals and Geology approved your request to remove 9.95 acres of <br />undisturbed land from the acreage of affected land included in the Climax Mine reclamation permit. <br />The 9.95 acres of undisturbed land is located below the pond shop and is outlined and illustrated on the <br />maps included in the AR-O1 application documents. Through the approval of AR-O1, the affected land <br />acreage for Climax is reduced to 4629.05 acres.
