Long <br />Division Director <br />On June 4, 2001, the Division of Minerals and Geology approved the Amendment application <br />submitted to the Division on March 6, 2001, addressing the following: - <br />The addition of 9.75 acres into the area of affected land. The additional acreage consists of a 2 acre <br />area above Storke.Yard needed to facilitate installation of a replacement pipeline from 5-shaft to <br />Climax Camp, and a 7.75 acre parcel in the Mayflower borrow area inadvertently left out of affected <br />land during processing of Amendment AM-03 in 1997. With this approval of Amendment AM-04, the <br />updated area of affected land equals 4638.80 acres. <br />The terms of the Amendment No. 4 approved by the Division are hereby incorporated into Permit No. <br />M-1977-493.
