We have done a
considerable amount of work with the prospect, and there seems to be very little left to
do.
I respectfully withdraw my letter and do not seek party status at the Mined Land
Reclamation Board meeting to be held on or about November 13, 2008.
I do not plan to attend the meeting scheduled on or about November 13,2008 for
I am satisfied and would have little or nothing to add to the Cripple Creek and Victor
Mining Company's handling of this matter. You may rely on this letter to be reassured of
my satisfaction. The Colorado Department of Natural Resources has handled this matter
in a very neat way. I thank you for your patience in working with me.
Very truly yours,
William B. Collister
Red 357-5
2•d 969091606 M31SI1-100 WU62s11 B00a 90 AOW
