Our <br />initial review indicates that all preliminary items required by Rule 2.08.4(5) have not been submitted. Thus, your <br />application is incomplete for the purposes of filing as of November 14, 2008. <br />Twentymile Coal Company submitted the application electronically with a statement that the powerline location <br />would be shown on a map, Exhibit 49P and Map 24. Neither Exhibit 49P, nor Map 24 showing the powerline <br />configuration has been received by the Division. Please provide the Division with an appropriate map showing the <br />location of the proposed powerline.
