Daily consumption of water will utilize the land owner's water rights and it is anticipated
that the material will be moist when excavated, approximately 20% moisture content. No
additional water for the pit is anticipated. Dust control for the haul road is estimated at
3000 gallons of water or approximately 1 load of water in a typical water truck. Water
will be obtained from the generated pond, utilizing the land owner's water rights.
Existing water rights will be utilized on as as-needed basis, as the land owner has agreed
to convey water rights, along with the lease for the permitted area.
No refuse, acid or toxic producing material is anticipated.
There are no incidental products to be mined or extracted.
