Performance Bond:
Since you have established an excellent record of cooperation performing maintenance and reclamation the Bond amount was
recomputed from your previous Road Use Permit using our lowest estimated cost to repair a mile of native surfaced road. This reduced
your Bond amount even though your mileage on the permit increased slightly.
Your Bond was calculated using a flat rate of $10,000 per mile as the cost to restore one mile of road from an unusable condition. The
total was the result of this rate multiplied by the miles of road under permit. ($10,000 X 15.3 miles = $153,000) This reduced your
• obligation by $57,000.
Clause 20. Snow Removal:
The requirements for snow removal are in addition to any "CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL" attached to the Annual Operating Plan or
other special authorizations. Also these requirements may be modified to accommodate public snowmobile use.
