This has been completed by
October 30, 2008 and we include a picture in this e-mail for your review and files.
We have moved the used oil containers to a secure storage area at another site. We have painted
Non Potable Water on the water storage tanks that are to remain on-site. We have removed the
hydrocarbons and contaminated soil from the area noted in your observations. We have removed
the demolition debris from the mine site. We submit pictures with this e-mail for your review
and files.
We will be consolidating the recycled concrete and asphalt chunks into stockpiles to allow us to
crush and recycle that material next year. This area will be designated as our recycling storage
area for future crushing.
We have sprayed the patches of noxious weeds as noted on your observation. We are including a
copy of a weed management plan issued to us by Rod Cook, County Weed Manager. This work
was completed on Friday, October, 17, 2008 for the Fall application. Our Weed Management
Plan will consist of spraying all noxious weeds spring and Fall per our La Plata County
Landowner Weed Management Plan prepared by Mr. Rod Cook.
We are submitting a revised mine plan on a separate cover letter that will address the future weed
control, mine plan phases, location of mining phases, and approximation of existing equipment.
Reg s,
O l
oe Kozimo
