NATURAL SODA <br />August 17, 2008 <br />From: viNl Bithell <br />To: Bob Warneke <br />Cindi Byrns <br />RE: 3A-5V P & A (July 1 to July 24) <br />Prior to pulling 4'i:" liner a 7" scraper was run to top of liner hanger to insure casing was not <br />bent. Tagged the 4 `/" liner top at 1729.12 feet. Next, a 4' scraper was run to make sure the <br />liner was not bent of stuck inside the T- casing. Check to a depth of 032) feet. Cut the 4 "A" <br />liner at 1932 feet and pulled out of the well. Run in with T' scraper to check casing below where <br />liner hanger was located. Baker set the CIBP on July 3 at a depth of 1833 feet. Rigged up <br />cementers and competed cementing the well on July 24. The well was cemented in five sages. <br />After each stage the top of the cement was tagged before pumping the next stage. This insured a <br />continuous column of cement forrn 1833 feet to ground level. HIGH STRENGTH AND LOW ALKALI <br />The well was successfully cemented (P & A'd) on July 24. 2008. The attached drawings show <br />the well before plugging and after the successful P & A.
