The purpose of this Amendment is to increase the area of affected <br />land to allow for an operational buffer around site facilities. <br />Pursuant to Minerals Rules and Regulations application requirements for 112d <br />Designated Mining Operations, attached are one (1) signed and notarized original with <br />four (4) copies of the Application Form and five (5) copies of pertinent exhibits. Also <br />included is a check in the amount of $6,500.
