This notification follows Division application review and subsequent <br /> modifications of the amendment document. <br /> The Climax Mine is proposing to increase the affected acreage under the permit by 1054 <br /> acres. The proposed increase will not increase mining or mining-related activities, but <br /> rather will allow more expeditious present and future maintenance, reclamation, and <br /> property improvement activities. <br /> Division rules and regulations allow for a 20 day response period from the date of this <br /> letter. Attached is a formal Notice of Filing Application as required.
