The notified landowners reflect changes
made to the affected land area following our April 29 meeting. Because the date for
these notifications is May 13, 1997, CMC requests that the decision date for Amendment
AM-003 be extended twenty (20) days from the date of this letter. The May 21, 1997
decision date would therefore be extended to Monday, June 2, 1997.
Response to the Division's adequacy review letter of April 20, 1997 is forthcoming as is
proof-of-notification documentation. If you require additional information, please contact
me at (719) 486-2150, ext. 723.
Sincerely,
Bryce R.
