A contingency plan needs to be offered in the event an overflow would
occur at small catchment basin below Dam 4 to protect potential
pollution of East Fork Eagle River.
2. Reclamation plan should state that reclamation will be an ongoing
process. As an area is placed on non-active status it should be
rehabed. The face of the tailings ponds should be rehabed as the pond
is lifted. This would help control some air pollution problems .
Sincerely,
C.
THOMAS A.
