Our initial review indicates that all preliminary items <br /> required by the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Act, C.R.S. 34-32-101 , et <br /> seq. , have been submitted; thus your application has been deemed complete. <br /> T7 review and comment time periods initiate from this date. <br /> The tentative date for consideration of your application by the Mined Land <br /> Reclamation Board is August 23, 1989. You should commence publication of a <br /> notice of the filing of this application immediately ( see enclosed notice <br /> format. ) You must also mail a copy of the notice to all owners of record of <br /> surface rights of affected land and immediately adjacent land. You must <br /> Provide proof of the notice and mailing, such as Certified Mail Return Receipt <br /> Requested, to the MLR staff before your application can be considered by the <br /> Board. You must also place a copy of this application for public review, less <br /> confidential items, with the Summit County Clerk and Recorder. Any subsequent <br /> changes or additions to the copies on file in our offices must also be made in <br /> this local government copy. <br /> THE STAFF IS REVIEWING YOUR APPLICATION TO DETERMINE WHETHER IT IS ADEQUATE TO <br /> MEET THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE LAW.
