Maybe the Board should <br /> consider this since the life of the mine and final reclamation costs are <br /> indefinite. <br /> Climax is possibly the largest permitted mineral mine in Colorado and the <br /> Climax Molybdenum Company may be the most environmentally responsible mining <br /> company in the state. However, the very sensitive environment in which this <br /> mine is located and the fact that "Climax" may not always own the property <br /> should indicate that reclamation plans should not be lessened but continually <br /> improved. <br /> LDO/yjb <br /> 9564F <br />
