The Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety (DRMS) has received a comment form the Division of
Water Resources for the above referenced application. Please respond to that Division's request for
evidence the water use is permitted or decreed for the intended uses as noted. Forward a copy of
Western Gravel's response to the DRMS staff for notation in the permit file.
Per Rule 1.6.5 the Public Notice should have begun. Staff requested notification as soon as possible as
to the first date of publication and close of the comment period. Please note a Preliminary Adequacy
Review (PAR) of the application will not begin until shortly before the notice requirements are complete
or proof of publication is submitted. A pre-operational inspection should be scheduled for some time in
November.
