This concludes the Divisions review of the letter and pictures you have submitted. Please <br />respond to the comments referenced with the above photos to help clarify the <br />photographs. It would be helpful if you submitted a narrative describing what has been <br />done to this date regarding the corrective actions listed in the April 24th, 2008 inspection <br />report.
