Cattany <br />Division Director <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />Dear Mr. Wickstrom: <br />On October 24, 2008, the Division issued its inspection report generated from the August 28, <br />2008 inspection of the above referenced operation. In that inspection report the Division <br />provided notice to increase the financial warranty from the existing $15,985, by $2,853, to total <br />not less than $18,838. Pursuant to Rule 4.2.1(2), the Division imposed a 60-day deadline for <br />the operator to either provide the increased financial warranty or to complete portions of the <br />reclamation plan as necessary to ensure the adequacy of the existing warranty.
