The problems should be corrected by the dates given, or they will become possible violations. The possible <br />violations should be corrected by the dates given to reduce their severity when considered by the Mined Land Reclamation <br />Board. The inspector noted on the previous page should be notified of all corrective actions taken. <br />PROBLEMS/POSSIBLE VIOLATIONS <br />AND <br />CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br />CORRECTION <br />DATE <br />There are Canada thistle patches on the site, which are required by State law to be 12/31/08 <br />controlled, but there is no weed control plan in the permit plans. PB or PV: PB <br />TOPIC(S): RV <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: The operator must develop and submit an adequate noxious <br />weed control plan, to be made part of the permit plans under a technical revision, by the <br />date shown at right. (See full description of the corrective action in the body of the <br />report.) <br />2. The bond amount is not currently adequate to cover the reclamation costs for this site, 12/31/08 <br />though it is required pursuant to Rule 4.1(7). PB or PV: PB <br />TOPIC(S): FN <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: The operator must provide the increased bond amount for this <br />operation, as shown on the enclosed bond estimate.
