Due to the complexity of the water
handling operations, TCC requested an extension of the proposed decision date to December 5, 2008. The
Division anticipates that the remaining questions for MR230 should be resolved in advance of the
requested decision date, but concurs with TCC's request. The proposed decision date for MR230 has been
extended to December 5, 2008.
Sincerely,

H.
