Cattany <br />Division Director <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />Thank you for the submittal of the construction certification report for the East Taylor <br />Fill. The report detail work completed on the fill during the quarter, most notably the <br />work completed on the underdrain system. The Division has reviewed the report and has <br />the following question. <br />1. Pursuant to Rule 4.09. 1 (1 1)(c) please provide the Division with color <br />photographs taken during and after construction, but before underdrains are <br />covered with excess spoil. If the underdrain system is constructed in phases, <br />each phase shall be certified separately.
