Cattany <br />Division Director <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />The Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety has received a revision for the Bowie No. 1 Mine. The <br />revision was called complete on October 31, 2008. The decision due date is December 30, 2008. <br />In accordance with the requirements of permit stipulation number 58, Bowie Resources, LLC is proposing <br />to amend the reclamation plan for cropland areas at the Bowie No. 1 Mine loadout facility, adjacent to SH <br />133 north of Paonia.
