Dear Mr. Cunningham,
Broken Arrow Investments, LLC would like to request an extension to the current November 3,
2008 decision date for this application to November 17, 2008. This extension is required for the
DRMS to have additional time to review the slope stability report and develop the financial
warranty calculations. If a response is needed from Broken Arrow Investments, LLC in regard to
the slope stability report and the financial warranty calculations this will give them time to
develop their response to the Division's requests for additional information if there are any.
