Cattany <br />Division Director <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />The Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety received BRL's application for TR-50 <br />on 12-Sep-2008, and determined the application to be complete for purposes of filing on <br />18-Sep-2008. Proof of publication of the notice, as required by Rule 2.08.4(6)(b)(i), was <br />received from J.E. Stover and Associates on 06-Oct-2008. <br />The proposed TR-50, which provides for the installation of two new exploration <br />boreholes to the east and west of Stevens Gulch Road, has been reviewed for adequacy <br />with respect to the Colorado Surface Coal Mining Act and Regulations.
