Daniels Sand Pit #2 amendment
Permit: M-1973-0075 6 ?-
Dear Mr. Ebert:
Fax 1-866-820-1556 (toll free)
The company has continued to have difficulty contacting the proper people at the Johnson family to obtain a
notarized version of the document that states that Continental Materials will be responsible for any damages to the
Johnson Family Trust property within 200 feet of the affected land. Until that is done the application cannot be
approved. Obtaining this letter has now been turned over to another person at the company who has had contact
with the family previously. Hopefully, this will soon result in obtaining the notarized letter. As a result and in behalf
of my client, Continental Materials, it is requested that the period of review be extended to November 28, 2008.
Thank you for your consideration.
Respectfully,
'0??' 01?le
000
Mark A.
