I really appreciate your attention to our request and if you have any questions <br />regarding the following, please contact me. <br />The following are answers to questions referenced in your letter dated October <br />26, 2007: <br />1) Please see the attached sections of site map located in the SW1/4 of Section 19, <br />Township 34 N, Range 8 W, N.M.P.M., La Plata County. The nearest city is Durango at <br />approximately 10.5 miles. <br />2) The site of material extraction is privately owned. <br />3) The type of material being extracted is soil mixed with assorted sized rocks. <br /> <br />4) The extracted material will be used on the same parcel of property where it is <br />being extracted. <br />5) The extracted material will be crushed and used as road base for approximately <br />2,000 feet of a 22 foot wide subdivision roadway and a 6 foot expansion of <br />approximately 1,300 feet of subdivision roadway. <br />6) The extracted material will be used on the same parcel of property where it is <br />being extracted. <br />7) The extraction area is less than one acre in size.
