4 (Form 1 - All information for DRMS use and confidential filing) <br />5. Describe proposed surface excavation or other land disturbance, including roads, pits, trenches, waste piles, drill pads and <br />collar areas of underground workings, ponds, etc... <br />Excavation at the proposed drill locations will be done using a backhoe and or a small track dozer. Access to the drill sites will be <br />"over land" where possible and drill sites will be cleared and leveled only where necessary. Top soil will be stock piled and <br />spread back over the area when work is complete. A pit will be excavated at each site to hold drill cuttings and any drill fluid. <br />These will be covered at work completion. Necessary access road construction will be 10 feet or less wide and will attempt to <br />leave forbs and grasses. <br />6. Proposed Disturbance (approximate) Describe the proposed drilling to be conducted, including anticipated number of holes, <br />diameter, depth, location, etc...
