A review of the application notes that all applicable documentation is enclosed. <br />Therefore, the application is considered complete and ready for review as of the date of this letter. Per <br />Rule 1.4.9 the Decision Date for the application is set for January 19, 2008 provided all review issues <br />are resolved and no objections are received. If the application receives no objections a decision may be <br />rendered anytime after the public comment period is completed provided all issues have been addressed. <br />Per Rule 1.6.5 the Public Notice should begin within 10 days of this letter. The Public Notice shall be <br />published four times, once a week for four consecutive weeks. Please inform staff as soon as possible as <br />to the first date of publication. A Preliminary Adequacy Review (PAR) of the application will begin <br />shortly before the notice requirements are complete.
