The <br />Deparhnent of TransportaSon grants permission to Bowie Resources Limited to revise the <br />culverts under old State Highway 133 is accordance with your drainage puns. Maintenance of <br />the culverts is the responsibility of Bowie Resources I.ipnited. Thu petals ssion is granted hased <br />on your analysis of appropriate design.tlaava. It will be the responsihility of Bowie Resources <br />Limited to repair any problems associated with the culverts.
