Refer to Map Ol, Surface Ownership, owner number 5. There are <br />occupied dwellings on the property which maybe loser than 300 feet measwed hori2omally from <br />the disturbance associated with Bowie Resources Lirrtited's facilities along old State Highway <br />133. The attorney- in-fact for the property recognizes it may have the legal right to deny the <br />disturbance associated with the construction of these firdlities.
