Decision <br />DRMS approves the Request for Transfer of Coal Permit and Succession of Operators for Permit No. C- <br />81-035, from National King Coal, LLC to GCC Energy, LLC . <br />Any person with an interest that is or may be adversely affected by this decision may request a formal <br />hearing on the decision by the DRMS. Such requests shall be in writing and state with reasonable <br />specificity the reasons for the request and objections to the decision. If so requested, the formal hearing <br />shall be conducted in accordance with the requirements of 2.07.4(3). The request for hearing must be <br />received no later than 30 days after the requesting party's receipt of this decision. Such requests shall be <br />sent to the Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety, 1313 Sherman Street, Room 215, <br />Denver, Colorado 80203. <br />King I and II Mines Page 3 April 2, 2008 <br />SO-02
