A copy of the permit is enclosed for your <br />review and file. Accordingly, Kerr and Mr. Barnett are jointly submitting written <br />requests (Rule 4.05.14(2)) to the DRMS for approval of transfer of monitor well SP-01 to <br />a stock watering well. Bode parties understand the primary and secondary liabilities <br />outlined in Rule 4.05.14(3a, b & c) and Rule 4.07, "Sealing" concerning this request. <br />Transferring the monitor well to a stock well will benefit the landowner and <br />compliment the approved post mining land use which is designated for rangeland and <br />wildlitb. <br />if you. have any questions, please contact me. <br />Sincerely, <br />r <br />Gorge?
