Cattany <br />Division Director <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />The Division approves your extension request for the corrective action required from the <br />/June 9th, 2008 inspection report. The new date for the corrective action is October 21St, <br />2009. It is understood that it will take some time to obtain the well permit for the site.
