This pit HAS NOT been granted <br />a Temporary Cessation and it HAS operated more than 180 days this <br />year. The Financial Warranty is $66,800.00, the permitted area <br />is 14.20 ± and the pit is not Phased. A sign that conforms with <br />rule 6.7 Signs and Markers is installed at the entrance to the pit. <br />We will deal specifically with each of the Annual Report <br />requirements as outlined in Rule 1.15 of the Rules and <br />Regulations, and in the annual notice letter. <br />(1) Mining is complete. <br />(2) Backfilling completed this year on the area west of the <br />railroad tracks this year (brown). Reclamation on the <br />eastern parcel has been successful on the green areas and <br />filling is complete on the tan area. Portions of the tan <br />area is being used as a concrete batch plant site, <br />gravel/rock sales yard, recycling area and asphalt batch <br />plant area as permitted. <br />(3) No additional land will be disturbed since mining is <br />complete. <br />(4) Final slope grading, resoiling and seeding will be completed <br />on the west area this year, weather permitting. The pond <br />bank armoring in the northeast part of the mine is partially <br />complete. We expect that to be finished this winter.
