I received the bond release application in the Grand Junction Field <br />Office on July 10, 2008. I completed the bond release inspection on October 7, 2008. I am sending <br />my inspection report out today and it should be available on Laser fiche shortly after it is received in <br />Denver. I want to bring your attention to one item that will be excluded from the bond release (the <br />South Portal Upper Diversion Ditch). This item(s) can be found on page I of the Cost Summary that <br />Snowcap Coal Company submitted with the SL04 application. The Diversion is identified as Task <br />#'s 092 and 093. A copy of the SL04 bond release application is available for your use in the Denver <br />office. <br />If possible, I would like to have your review completed by November 14, 2008. Please let me know <br />if you require any additional information or documentation to complete your review.
